 According to the agency's statement, videos on four YouTube channels were used to artificially inflate the values ​​of some shares.


 However, Arshad Warsi and his wife have denied all these allegations.


 The Securities and Exchange Board of India has said in its investigation that YouTuber Manish Mishra allegedly lured investors to invest in the two companies through celebrities on his channels The Advisor and MoneyVoice.


 Similar videos were also uploaded on YouTube channels Mad Cap Calls and Profit Yatra.


 According to the agency, investors were lured into buying their shares by giving false and misleading information in these videos. According to the Securities and Exchange Board of India, these individuals have been banned for trying to induce people to buy their shares by promising extraordinary profits.


 According to SEBI, investigations revealed that these channels had lakhs of subscribers who paid to watch their videos as marketing and these videos were viewed by lakhs of people.
